Lunch & Learn and Seminars

Our on-site lunch & learn and wellness seminars reflect Be Physically Fit's passion of bringing the most relevant, interesting health and fitness information to the worksite. Programs encourage individuals to take an active approach in his/her quest for health and well-being.

Lunch and learn sessions are approximately 1 hour to minutes in length. They are simple, educational, and applicable to work life and/or personal life. Following the same principles, Be Physically Fit seminars can range from 2-4 hours.

Our staff of exercise physiologists, fitness, nutrition health educators, and holistic practitioners are able to talk and engage audiences about almost any fitness and wellness topic. Some of Be Physically Fit's most popular offerings include:

Work/Life Balance in a 24/7 World
Learn how to  effectively manage multiple responsibilities at work, at home, and in their community.

Move to Improve
An education based  seminar that will look at the specific needs in  regards to repetitive injuries, over use injuries,  and stress management in the work environment. Participants will be encouraged “learning by doing” with the material.  This seminar is fitness and rehab based. This program is also available for one day and as a six week  lifestyle improvement series.

Getting Powered by Eating Right
Participants will learn how to take care of themselves in order to reduce or maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Foods for obtaining specific vitamins and minerals, supplementation  are reviewed. Plus recipes that fit into a busy life will be included.

QI Gong for Stress Reduction
IThis sequence of Qi Gong exercise is specifically designed to promote healthy and safe work practices for employees who extensively use computers. Qi Gong exercises prevent neck, shoulder and back problems, carpel tunnel syndrome, body stiffness, joint pain, headache, and tiredness. It also helps to improve daily energy level, relieve physical and mental stress, promote circulation, balance the mood and enhance productivity.

Road Warrior Fitness
This program is designed with the corporate traveler in mind.  We will use our online “ Web Fitness Coach” to design, implement, track, and maintain the client's program.  The participant will have access to email for program concerns and needs

Travel Safe
A customizable program that teaches employees how to protect themselves  on business travel or international assignment through awareness training and easy to employ self defense techniques.

Group Personal Training  Course
Now you will have the advantage of having expert advice of your fitness needs and goals for a fraction of the price. Your employees  learn the tools to stay fit, healthy, and reduce stress. A variety of inexpensive and simple fitness equipment will be used which will enable participants to maintain their individual program at the conclusion of course.

The program is completely interactive and is available for  four week, six week, eight week, and as a ongoing component . These sessions can be perform for thirty minutes, sixty minutes, and  before, during, or after work.
