supplementation are reviewed.

Gong exercise is specifically designed to promote
healthy and safe work practices for employees who
extensively use computers. Qi Gong exercises prevent
neck, shoulder and back problems, carpel tunnel
syndrome, body stiffness, joint pain, headache, and
tiredness. It also helps to improve daily energy level,
relieve physical and mental stress, promote circulation,
balance the mood and enhance productivity.

Fitness Coach” to design, implement, track, and maintain
